Carmine is a CPI (Chartered Insurance Broker) by trade however after only a few years in business the Savour Co. brand grew and so did the need for an operations manager.
Having grown up in a large Italian family and the oldest of 4, Carm was responsible for preparing many family meals. His passion to savour life through food is not only rooted in his culture but is a mantra that is repeated daily through all the Savour Co. brands.
The Coop Rotisserie Head Chef
Chef Yudy (alongside her husband Henry) is the force that prepares The Coop Rotisserie’s homestyle cooking. They are originally from Colombia, having worked their way through the culinary world in the USA they decided to make Canada their home and we are sure glad they did!
Yudy is our head chef for the Coop and puts her culinary passion in everything she creates! She is the mama of our team, always making sure everyone is taken care of and it is a reflection of the delicious food she serves and creates!
When it comes to anything sweet Chef Taylor’s passion could not shine brighter! She meticulously leads our bakery team and is behind executing our delicious desserts! Taylor is dedicated to serving delicious products and is driven by her love of baking.
Chef Taylor has many years of baking experience and worked in many local bakeries! She is also a graduate of London’s very own culinary arts program at Fanshawe.
